Such this Lamps have lit homes during the time of Jesus, Rounded wheel made body, The nozzle was made separately and then attached to the body, Giving it a splayed shape, With concave sides, The Join between the nozzle and the body of the lamp was then smoothed with a knife (and therefore some call this type “knife-pared lamps”), Rim and medium ledge around filing hole, flat Bottom
These lamps are common throughout the Holy-Land, Such as Jerusalem and Judea.
