Description
Ancient Iron Age Beer Strainer Jug, circa 1000-586 BC. Terracotta beer container. with bulbous body, elongated neck and handle for dipping and flattened foot. On the side of the vessel, a short spout with piercings in the pot for straining. Cf. Ancient Pottery of the Holy Land
